With a focus on the Litchfield County community they’ve grown to love and admire, the opportunity to deliver their experience and discerning eye for design and hospitality was a watershed moment for principals Cadie Daniel and Xavier Gonzalez. Their shared vision? To craft exceptionally elevated and tasteful fêtes that feel as seamless as they are stylish.

bonBash was born with the same love and thoughtful attention to detail that they've applied throughout their more than thirty combined years in areas including events, marketing, hospitality, and operations.

During his almost twenty years at Vogue and Condé Nast, Xavier honed an operational precision across a multitude of projects, including over ten years helping produce the Met Gala. Most recently, Xavier and his team executed dozens of successful brand activations, generating impactful experiences and amplifying awareness for clients in the food, fashion, beauty, wellness, and tech spaces.

Cadie began her career as an Accessories Editor at Harper’s Bazaar, carefully refining a sharp eye for style and presentation. Since then, Cadie has pivoted into marketing and spent several years curating events from the ground up. From conceptualizing to orchestrating event production needs, she brings a visionary, yet practical approach to every moment.

Together, Cadie and Xavier fuse their editorial eye, production expertise, and deep appreciation for divine experiences to create delightfully elevated parties and events.
