With over 15 years in operations and community engagement at Vogue/Condé Nast, Xavier honed an operational precision and discipline, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed. Over the last 7 years, Xavier and his team have produced dozens of unforgettable brand experiences, blending artistry with flawless execution.

Cadie began her career as an Accessories Editor at Harper’s Bazaar, carefully refining a sharp eye for style and presentation. Since then, Cadie has pivoted into marketing and spent several years curating events from the ground up. From conceptualizing to orchestrating event production needs, she brings a visionary, yet practical, approach to every moment.
